Innovative Pull-Type Road Grader
Reclaim valuable aggregate with real financial & environmental benefit.
Each cubic yard of gravel reclaimed is one less that needs to be purchased or transported.
The Road Reclaimer is engineered for long-term performance across a wide range of conditions, making it a year-round resource, not just a seasonal tool.
Reclaimed in One Pass
Knocks down roadside ridges, pulls gravel back onto the road, and disperses grass residue in a single pass, reducing the need for new gravel.
Faster Daily Production
50% more miles per day graded compared to a motor grader, completing the same number of passes in 2/3 of the time.
Big Fuel Savings
Powering the Road Reclaimer with a tractor uses less fuel than a bigger grader, grading 50% more daily and reducing seasonal fuel costs.
Lower Labor Costs
Comparative tests show up to 340 hours saved per road grading season, letting crews focus on other priority projects
Equipment Investment
A tractor and pull-type unit cost less than half than new motor grader, delivering long-term savings through lower depreciation.
Washboard Control
Multiple blades on a 30-foot frame allow stable, higher-speed grading that effectively smooths washboard sections at reduced cost.

New Scarifier System
A new scarifier system is incorporated into blades one and two. The teeth are designed for maximum action on gravel as well as on ice! For even more aggressive action, we offer an optional Ice Kit for blades three and four.
This ability to assist in management of icy roads converts the unit from a seasonal machine to a year around asset.
Easily Sourced Blades
All standard edges (not equipped with scarifiers) are hardened grader blades in place of mild steel and are easily sourced from your regular grader blade supplier.
Single Circuit Control
Previously, three tractor hydraulic circuits were required to switch between transport and operating positions, making operation cumbersome and increasing the risk of ridging if controls were activated out of sync.
Now a single circuit control handles all three cylinders. The wheel cylinders are equipped with flow controls. These can be adjusted so that the rear blade has time to smooth out the material before leaving the surface.
Optional Hydraulic Upgrade
The standard machine is set up for manual adjustments of the rear blade. The blade can be set once and someone without grader operating skills can perform a consistent job.
Hydraulic rear blade raising, lowering, and swinging is available as an option. A standard machine can be upgraded to hydraulic later without machine modifications.
Provides Operational Support for Motor Graders
Peace of Mind
In the event of a Motor Grader breakdown, road maintenance can continue uninterrupted using the tractor / pull type unit while waiting for repairs to be completed.
Easy Operation
The unit can be operated by anyone with standard farm tractor experience, reducing reliance on hard-to-find motor grader operators.
Multiplies Value
The unit is designed to complement, not replace, a motor grader. When paired with an existing tractor, operating costs drop significantly and ROI accelerates.
19-Mile ROI
Based on a Standard Purchase Price of $85,065
The AGS 880 reclaims the gravel that forms ridges along the edges of roads. This benefit provides a quick payback on your municipality’s investment.
Reclaiming a ridge 3” deep x 16” wide along both sides of a road results in savings of more than $4,600 per mile at $36 per yard.
At this rate, it takes only 19 miles to pay for the machine, sales taxes and all.
